Anthony J. Fredella is a partner in the firm. Anthony is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice primarily upon personal injury litigation, including car accidents, slip and falls, worksite injuries, premises liability, property damage, and wrongful death claims. He also has substantial experience with environmental matters, construction defect claims, commercial litigation, employment disputes, and insurance coverage issues.

In addition to practicing at both the trial and appellate levels, Anthony also assists clients in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution forums, including through mediation and arbitration.

Prior to joining McAndrew Vuotto, Anthony was a partner at McElroy Deutsch Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, one of New Jersey’s largest law firms. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court for the Honorable Marie P. Simonelli, J.S.C.

From 2013 to 2017, Thomson Reuters included Anthony on the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star list for General Litigation. In addition, he is a contributing author of the New Jersey Personal Injury Litigation Practice Guide, published by LexisNexis.
