Thomas P. Sheridan is a resolution-focused litigator and mediator with a unique perspective that combines his background as claims executive and seasoned litigator.

Tom counsels clients on business disputes, creditor’s rights, professional liability, and insurance coverage matters, drawing on more than a decade managing complex commercial claims across General Liability, Commercial Auto, D&O, EPL, Cyber, Professional Liability and other lines. Tom’s background enables him to deliver early, pragmatic case assessments and efficient strategies for resolution, whether through negotiation, mediation, or trial.
