Thomas P. Sheridan is a resolution-focused litigator and mediator who works closely with clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Tom's approach reflects both his professional commitment to his clients and his personal dedication to leadership and teamwork in his community.

Tom’s litigation practice focuses on business disputes, creditor’s rights, professional liability matters, and insurance coverage disputes.

Prior to joining McAndrew Vuotto, LLC, Tom was a claims executive at a major global insurance company. For more than a decade, he oversaw complex commercial claims across a wide range of coverage lines, including general liability, automobile, employment practices liability, directors and officers, cyber, and commercial property, among others.

Tom’s combined experience as both a litigator and a former claims executive gives him a unique perspective in providing clients with early evaluations and developing appropriate strategies to resolving disputes efficiently and effectively, whether through litigation, mediation, or trial.

Outside of his practice, Tom is deeply engaged in the Morristown community. He coaches ice hockey and lacrosse for the Morristown Jr. Colonials and Lady Colonials recreation programs and currently serves as President of the Morristown Jr. Colonials Lacrosse Program.
